Crossing magni\u00adfi\u00adcent visi\u00adons of the future with year\u00adnings for disper\u00adsed tra\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons, Diet\u00adrich and Kipf\u00adm\u00fcl\u00adler, the Rwandan spo\u00adken word artist Eric 1key and the Ber\u00adlin-based com\u00adpo\u00adser Klaus Janek have deve\u00adlo\u00adped \u201cRwandan Records\u201d \u2013 a&nbsp;record label, sound stu\u00addio, bar and archi\u00adve of per\u00adso\u00adnal recoll\u00adec\u00adtions. The pro\u00adject pres\u00adents a&nbsp;new and unu\u00adsu\u00adal per\u00adspec\u00adti\u00adve on iden\u00adti\u00adty in a&nbsp;glo\u00adbal con\u00adtext. In Rwan\u00adda and Ger\u00adma\u00adny, the\u00adre is a&nbsp;simi\u00adlar inte\u00adrest in pop cul\u00adtu\u00adre and the key\u00adwords used in public deba\u00adte \u2013 iden\u00adti\u00adty, migra\u00adti\u00adon, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty, inte\u00adgra\u00adti\u00adon, home, tra\u00addi\u00adti\u00adon and pro\u00adspe\u00adri\u00adty \u2013 are the same. But in Rwan\u00adda, they are asso\u00adcia\u00adted with com\u00adple\u00adte\u00adly dif\u00adfe\u00adrent visi\u00adons and thus gain new, expan\u00added mea\u00adnings. After recor\u00adding many con\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adons with many peo\u00adp\u00adle in Rwan\u00adda, Diet\u00adrich and Kipf\u00adm\u00fcl\u00adler have crea\u00adted a&nbsp;hete\u00adro\u00adge\u00adneous ensem\u00adble of voices. This work of walka\u00adble musi\u00adcal theat\u00adre is at once sound instal\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon and radio play, con\u00adcert and staged space, who\u00adse acou\u00adstic archi\u00adtec\u00adtu\u00adre is shaped by the audi\u00adence. The com\u00adpo\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adon moves bet\u00adween dif\u00adfe\u00adrent times and worlds, bet\u00adween tra\u00addi\u00adtio\u00adnal songs, pop music and elec\u00adtro\u00adnic sounds. The voices of the ensem\u00adble and its sto\u00adries beco\u00adme a&nbsp;moving live sym\u00adpho\u00adny.
