Case Cor­ti­na is con­vin­ced that mea­ning is not just con­sti­tu­ted by the use of under­stan­da­ble words and lin­gu­i­stic con­s­truc­tion: any kind of acou­stic mate­ri­al can con­tri­bu­te to the crea­ti­on of mea­ning. Musi­cal dimen­si­on in words and field recor­dings and lin­gu­i­stic infor­ma­ti­on in music are ana­ly­zed, recom­bi­ned, over­lay­ed and put into fric­tion try­ing to unfold and dis­co­ver mas­ked mea­nings in con­cre­te and abs­tract sounds.
